Bryn Derwen Access Statement

Location

Bryn Derwen is situated in Llandudno, Wales' largest resort town, rich in Victorian and Edwardian elegance and splendour. It's location makes it a perfect base from which to visit Snowdonia National Park the UK's highest mountain range and the medieval castles of Conwy, Caernarfon and Beaumaris.

Bryn Derwen is a short walk from the famous Great Orme, a towering 679-foot limestone headland and Country Park, a place to discover by foot, by car, and by cable-operated tramway or by cable car. You can visit the 4000 year old Bronze age mines and cavern, use the 700 metre toboggan run, ski slope or simply stroll over the parkland taking in the wonderful views of the mountains, the Isle of Anglesey and the Menai Straits.
